While London life may not be getting any cheaper, the city's appetite for great value food has never been bigger. I set out on a quest to find the must-eats in the metropolis, and came back with far too many eateries to include here. The spots listed below are my top picks, and hope you guys can try them out whenever you visit London :)

#1 Crosstown Doughnut & Coffee Bar
I love my sweets, and Crosstown did not disspoint. I found them on Instagram and since the shop was very close to my hotel, so why not! I had lost count trying to pick the flavours I wanted to try, but I did particularly remembered the banana cream and chocolate was really good.

#2 Burger & Lobster
I was a little excited to try Burger & Lobster for the very first time. The lobster roll was juicy and delicious. The idea of surging only burgers and lobster is a brilliant.

#3 Duck Soup
Happened to stumble upon Soho after my shooting, Jas and I decided to try Duck Soup as it was way past normal lunch hours and most kitchen were shutting. We ordered something from today's special menu and it turned out really good. The ever changing menu is a great idea, and guarantees that the next time I visit will find something interesting and adventurous to plunge for. Or perhaps some good wine too?

#4 Cay Tre
I came here on friend's recommendation and the food are really good. I love love love the banh cuon (Vietnamese steamed rice roll with ground pork, minced wood ear mushroom, and onions along with beansprouts). My friend and I couldn't finish the signature pho's which I think it would be good for sharing.

#5 Sketch
Bar, tea room, brasserie, library, art gallery and the self-proclaimed most expensive restaurant in London, Sketch is many fabulous things. My friends and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea time where we were seated in a beautiful room with soft pink and rose gold decor, and David Shrigley artwork adorning the walls. A really magnificent setting. We were presented a grand selection of cakes and sandwiches washed down with glasses of pink champagne. This Michelin-starred restaurant also have the most futuristic pod toilets which are so instagrammable. You might want to spend your whole afternoon here to enjoy the ambiance.

#6 Dinings
Hidden gem with the most exquisite food you can image. It is a fusion restaurant of typical Japanese with a modern edge. The addition of truffle in the sea bass carpaccio for example making it divine. The sushi was so fresh that the moment I put in my mouth, I almost cried. I would definitely come back for this one.

Hope you don't get too hungry after reading this post.
